Age 77 of Goldsboro, NC made her transition on Sunday (May 13, 2012). She was a resident of Shelby County. Service of memory will be Friday at 1:00 P.M. at Liberty Baptist Church Alabaster, Pastor Akeem Simmons will officiate, with interment in Liberty Cemetery. Her Loving Survivors are: Devoted Husband; Luther Lewis Briggins, Sr., Two Sons; Gregory Briggins and Mark Briggins, Brothers and Sisters; James Arthur  (Rosie) Cohill, Sr., John Henry Cohill, Virginia Cohill Williams, Mae Frances (James) Hill and Pearlene Cohill Calhoun and  3 Grandchildren. Westside Funeral Home Calera Directing.
